Really enjoyed hot breakfasts, and neat hotel.
I was satisfied with the a nice size room, there were a shower and hairdryers just in case. The hotel was in a BEAUTIFUL location, down by the lake. Besides, it was so close to Isola Maggiore and other lakeside villages, the Island of Maggiore which takes about 25 minutes on the ferry and is absolutely stunning for a morning out and two schools.

The breakfast service's staff.
The hotel's rules not allowing the use of the swimming pool on the afternoon (12 noon and 4 pm) and after 7pm. The staff (especially in front office) should have a more positive and professional attitude (I.E. anticipating guest's needs, better acquainted with the hotel facilities, train time table, etc.).

Basic hotel amenities, can't complain for a discount price. Breakfast is the big plus highlight of the stay so far, buffet style. Close to town, walking distance. Rest of the hotel are well kept and clean looking, at least cleaner than the room I staying in.
Room fixtures are falling apart. Shower constantly dribbling thru' the night, though not a big issue. Toilet at least well maintained, window stuck, can't opened it.

Located near interesting lake and villages, it is a nice place to stay while you experience a bit of the Umbria region of Italy. Touring the region was a pleasant experience. My wife has a special diet and the staff was very helpful with accommodating her needs.
The food, while plentiful, was not always the best. The lines were no better than old style cruise ship lines for the meals as the doors did not always open at the appointed hours. The whole dining experience reminded us of cruise ships' dining. Despite a number of English speaking guests, there was no English language channels available in all rooms, only select rooms. And no effort was made to match your nationality to a room with the proper language channels. And the internet access was overly expensive for the limited value. The range of the Wi-Fi connection was about 10 meters from the lobby reception desk and the speeds were comparable to satellite internet aboard cruise ships..........slower than cold syrup!

The hotel met required needs, it was a fun stay on that previous visit. The breakfast was good hot and varied especially the coffee, croissants, toast, cereals, and eggs. Liked our stay, and can't recommend highly enough the property.

The staff were mind-blowing and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was super and great value for money. The whole place was spotless and well presented. The location was ideal, just a small walk to the lake and amazing restaurants. The pool was very cute with an extra area for children. The dining and entertainment staff were stellar, with an array of food choices at meals. The family vacation feel was jaw-dropping, with structured meals and activities to help us relax and have fun.

We loved this place! The location in a residential area was perfect for us as it gave us a peaceful and quiet atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, always kind and attentive to our needs. The housekeeping was top-notch, keeping our room clean and tidy throughout our stay. The room amenities were fantastic, with the heating and air conditioning ensuring we were always comfortable. The in-room safe gave us peace of mind, and the hair dryer and free toiletries were a convenient bonus. The television and am/fm alarm clock added an extra touch of convenience.
We highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
